Today, I'm resending one of the gifts I mentioned in an email I sent on February 8. You might not have been able to download it in the past because the links in some of my emails were broken.
It's such a valuable tool that I wanted to ensure that each of my subscribers has it, so I'm sending it to you. It will help you conserve energy, stay focused, and stay on task, freeing up time in your day for rest, relaxation, or fun.
Did you know that one of the most common phrases besides “I love you” is “I don’t have time?” This highlights the importance of keeping your priorities in check. A “Not Doing List” can assist you with just that.
It will give you more time and freedom to engage in the activities you enjoy and help alleviate stress.
However, a "Not Doing List" can only help if you commit to STOP doing the things on it. Otherwise, you may find yourself spinning in circles without achieving much.
As a homeschool mom and business owner, I've learned a simple truth: I can't do everything and expect to do it well. However, I can eliminate or delegate anything I'm unwilling to do.
Please grant yourself the same freedom to stop engaging in activities that do not contribute to your happiness or success.
Letting go of some of these things may be challenging initially, and it might feel uncomfortable to give them up entirely, but I assure you that you won't regret it.
One of the many benefits of a "Not Doing List" is that it fosters confidence in the tasks I choose to stop doing. Spending valuable time doing what I love and with the people who matter most to me makes filling out this printable more than worthwhile.
A "Not Doing List" can work similarly for you. It can help you spend more time on the things you enjoy with those you love rather than wasting precious moments on actions that add little value to your happiness or success.
Use the simple prompts to help you identify time wasters and low-value tasks and commit to stopping yourself from doing them. Time sucks, be gone!
Usually, this valuable tool is only included in the RoP Family Systems Toolbox. But today, I'm sending it to all of my current subscribers!
Claim yours HERE---> Not Doing List.
I hope you enjoy letting go of the things that don't contribute to your happiness or enjoyment of daily life as much as I do!
That’s all for now!
